R.I.P. Mr. McLaren

Malcolm McLaren nasceu em Londres em 22 de Janeiro de 1946.

Este produtor discográfico e músico inglês foi o manager dos New York Dolls e criador da conhecida banda Punk, os Sex Pistols.

Era sem dúvida uma pessoa de referência no universo Punk. Começou por se aventurar a desenhar roupa sozinho mas foi mais tarde no início dos anos 70 em conjunto à sua mulher na altura, a excêntrica Vivienne Westwood, abriram uma loja de roupa em Kings Road à qual inicialmente lhe chamaram Let It Rock e mais tarde Sex.

Vestiam os famosos Teddy Boys Londrinos bem como os amantes de Rock, criaram o vestuário dos Sex Pistols o qual serviu de inspiração a todo o movimento Punk britânico

Depois da aventura com os Sex Pistols Malcom continuou a frequentar o mundo da música com vários projectos, um dos quais é a música "About Her" que Quentin Tarantino inseriu como banda sonora do filme "Kill Bill".

Malcom deixa-nos hoje vítima de uma doença prolongada e deixa o mundo do Punk não só em lágrimas mas com óptimas recordações

R.I.P. Mr. McLaren

Malcolm McLaren was born in London on the 22nd of January of 1946. 

The English musician and record producer was the manager of the New York Dolls and creator of the famous Punk band, the Sex Pistols. He was without doubt a reference person in the universe Punk. 

His adventure began by designing clothes by himself, but only in the early 70’s together with his wife, the eccentric Vivienne Westwood,  opened a clothes shop on Kings Road initially called it “Let It Rock and later Sex”.

They dressed the famous Teddy Boys London as well like the lovers of Rock, created the clothing for the Sex Pistols giving them inspiration to all movements for the Punk British. After the adventure with the Sex Pistols Malcom continued to follow the world of the music with several projects, one of the which is the song "About Her" that Quentin Tarantino inserted like sonorous band of the film "Kill Bill". 

 Malcom leaves us today victim of an long living illness and leaves the world of Punk and not only in tears but with best memories.

Na última semana da moda de Milão, um grupo de raparigas apresentaram-se em forma de protesto. Perucas e óculos de sol como as da Anna Wintour, as t-shirts mostravam as últimas declarações da directora da Vogue "I Will Only Stay 3 Days", o que fez com que a ultima Fashion Week de Milão fosse reduzida para 3 dias.

In the last Milan Fashion Week, a group of girls showed up in protest with wigs and sunglasses like Anna Wintour and t-shirts with the latest declarations of the editor-in-chief of Vogue "I Will Only Stay 3 Days ", that made the last Fashion Week in Milan were reduced to three days.

Para o sexo masculino o guarda-roupa feminino sempre foi proibido, era apenas utilizado quando se queriam mascarar. Depois da grande tendência da estação passada, Boyfriend Look fez furor no universo feminino, este tem agora um competidor, Girlfriend Look. Miuccia Prada há uns dias em declarações a uma revista disse, "A moda masculina deve inspirar-se na feminina e não só ao vice-versa".

Tudo começou quando Marc Jacobs se deixou fotografar vestindo uma saia e mostrando a todos que os homens tanto ficam bem de calças como com saias. Após este aparecimento em público fez que com que tivesse outros seguidores, mas nem todos quiseram copiar o génio da moda, uns começaram a usar leggins (como Russell Brand), outros murses/ clutches. Para aqueles menos ousados, mas com intenção de experimentar, podem entrar no terreno adoptando cores, cortes e materiais mais femininos.
